Old and in a bad place. The free wi fi just makes you mad. They give you a super slow wi fi, then ask you to pay for faster. That's just cheap and pathetic. Found a broken crack pipe under bed and a top to a needle seringe in the closet area. Staff acted like they care less about anything. Might as well stayed in a crack house the way it looked. No pool, dirty rooms, bad area, vending cost too much, elevator worked half time. Such a rip off.

Bad experience Booking was 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Not at all what we got! 1 was correct but the other was split into 2 rooms with 1 bed. Why? 1 person does not need 2 rooms. When we ask why, we were told because they could. Rooms were not ready at check in time and carpet was being installed making it difficult not to trip in the doorway. When we ask about a later check out time, everyone had forgot about the delayed check in. I won't be back!

Ripped off I got there at about 2:10 AM the next day because the flight was a little late in arriving. These Extended Stay Hotels shut down after 11 PM, but you can pick up a phone in the lobby and dial "0" to have an on-site employee help you. Well, I picked up the phone and dialed "0", and no one ever showed up in the lobby. I tried this for more than 10 minutes and finally gave up. Ok hotel For the price it was just OK, you get what you pay for. Check in was fast, was told at check in there is no maid service. We had to take towels to the front desk to get clean ones, they had a place down the hall for YOU to take your trash if you needed it taken out. The rooms had No pots/pans or ANY supplies in them. Hotel Move my reservation I can't give a review to the Extended stay America at Lenoir Avenue since the Hotel change my reservation to another hotel in Jacksonville at my arrival. I was disappointed,but I was treated good at the Extended stay at Southside and Perimeter Park blvd. The only thing I could say is that there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Sketchy I stay nearby at a Marriott I could not believe that in a short distance I would feel like I was in a different neighborhood Personally, I did not feel safe coming and going. It was clean although the bath sink was ancient w new fixtures. Staff was friendly

Smells They need to give my money back , i been to a lot of hotels in my life time. The whole hotel smell like weeds. All night people coming and go. I will never never stay at extended inn no more

Disgusting rooms with horrible customer service. The absolute worst hotel either of us have visited in more than 30 years. From the time we got into the elevator, and entire 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband has asthma. Holes in walls, missing screen in window with ashes in window and bathroom in our non smoking room. Then we get to the c*m covered lamp, headboard, night stand. not worth the money First things first let's start with the lone Girl behind the counter.
