Business stay in Juneau It is close to the airport which helps with early morning flights. The check in was quick and the desk person friendly and professional. I received an upgrade to a king, making the stay more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well apportioned. I will stay here anytime I need an extended stay or need to catch an early morning flight.

Conveniently located, walking distance from the airport, staff was friendly, smelled like dog when you walked in the lobby, our room was a decent size but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Last minute stayed The room was perfect for my family and I. It is really helpful that cooking and dining utensils are provided upon request. There is (was) a washer machine that was broken but I let the front desk know they gave me the money back and I was able to wash my clothes without problems. Manager and front desk were amazing and helpful. Definitely staying again and recommend to others!

Nice hotel but had no pool as advertised. I usually swim 2400 yards daily and was hoping to continue but pool was down and looked like it had been for a long time. No big deal just disappointing.

We stayed on the 1st floor, near the end of the hallway. Sadly we could still hear people being loud and yelling from the pool. Hard to sleep with that. Pool area was not very clean and pool was not filled all the way. Our room was semi-clean, they missed garbage under the bed and the DVD player was not hooked up and not close to a plug in. Big let down since we brought movies to watch.
