No more shuttle Good stay and very nice to be right across the street from the airport. Customer service was top notch and very much appreciated. This hotel no longer provides shuttle service though and if I had known this had changed, I would have booked elsewhere.

Across the street from the airport. Older hotel, but has had some renovations. Staff is excellent. Grab N Go breakfast is very limited. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer.

QUIET BED NEAR AIRPORT... ADEQUATE PLACE TO STAY. GOOD PARKING,, AS I WAS THERE FOR A QUICK TRIP TO GET HEARING AIDS TAKEN CARE OF I DID NOT USE THE POOL, EXERCISE ROOM, ETC.

Business stay in Juneau It is close to the airport which helps with early morning flights. The check in was quick and the desk person friendly and professional. I received an upgrade to a king, making the stay more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well apportioned. I will stay here anytime I need an extended stay or need to catch an early morning flight.

Conveniently located, walking distance from the airport, staff was friendly, smelled like dog when you walked in the lobby, our room was a decent size but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
