Great place to stay in Juneau Great location for passing through or extended stays in Juneau. Walking distance to the airport terminal, close to shopping and dining, great shuttle service, functioning pool, clean, and friendly and helpful staff.

On the door steps of being a great hotel. A very nice surprise! Good looking rooms. I have never seen a hotel staff work as hard as these guys. Every day; working, working. Most accomodating! Took people to wal-mart. Printed out my airline tickets. Breakfast is minimal. Hotwater for instant oatmeal. Breakfast bars, and fruit. I actually loved it to my surprise. Extended stay Juneau The staff was friendly for the most part but for the price we didn't like that they did not bring towels, toilet paper to your room. The room was dusty.

Hotel staff are very helpful. I forgot my stroller and was moments away from boarding the ferry and the hotel staff brought it to me in the knick of time. This was my first time travelling as a young mom and on her own . I was given an extra hand every step of the way. The rooms had everything I needed for my stay. And were price friendly.

Expensive. Clean Pretty expensive for what you get! But in great condition, rooms are clean and nice, pool was great for kids. Good location.

Convenient I enjoyed the stay very much. All the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The staff was willing to give shuttle rides to where ever I wanted to go. Also, suggesting fun things to do. I stayed for 5 days, and I would definitely return If I am ever in Juneau again. Breakfast is just continental, but, they offer muffins, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, and even bags of popcorn for a evening snack. Also, they had a BBQ one of the nights, and invited all the guests, free of charge. It was a nice special touch.

Hotel was under renovation, but the staff was there for us when we needed something. The courtesy van was a plus!

It was a nice place. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Not to many options for meals. Rooms only cleaned once per week. A little surprised with that. But overall a nice place, and the staff was pleasant.
