traveling the hotel was clean, lots of room in the hotel, most of the staff was friendly, and all were helpful
Nice hotel close to airport Staff was friendly and helpful. A little noisy in the halls.
Wanted better service Overall a good hotel. Front desk persons were courteous and helpful when they were there. Whenever we came back in late afternoon or evening we didn't see anyone behind the counter unless someone was checking in. Housekeeping left a little to be desired. I found the housekeeper in a room at the end of the hallway just standing in there doing nothing. I asked for tissue and towels, she left clean towels and a roll of tissue on the bathroom counter but, she didn't collect the dirty towels on the floor. Th... read more
Good place to stay for the price! Very accommodating staff. A regular scheduled shuttle to many areas of interest. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, FOX News was blocked on lobby TV while all other news stations were available. I found that very irritating.
just a visit and had a great time. hotel was great Had a great time, hotel was what we needed with our pets and had a great time.
Short walk across parking lot from airport Overall-fine; we were able to walk to the hotel in a couple of minutes which is really convenient. However, if you're going to sight see or do anything in Juneau, it's a $25 cab ride into town (plus tip). We missed the afternoon shuttle so took a cab into downtown on a Sunday during the winter and wish we'd been told there is nothing open except a couple of bars. We have stayed at this hotel many times, the customer service there varies greatly. Some of the employees are very helpful and some of them are exceedingly rude and almost contemptous if you ask a simple question.
