It's ok staff very friendly. rooms are nice, comfortable and well stocked. I did encounter a few issues on this stay. I called for a pick from the airport sometime after 10pm only to be told their driver was off duty. the hotel is across the street from the airport and takes a minute to walk over (I just preferred not to because of the snow and my luggage). upon arrival, the sign at the front desk indicated shuttle service available until 11pm. the cleanliness of the room was ok except for dirty chairs at the table (looked l... read more

Convenient, Clean, Friendly, Service Oriented Staf I found a Extended Stay Juneau to be very convenient to the Airport and a Ferry Terminal. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and updated! They even had a little BBQ for the guests on the Saturday I we there. Their shuttle took me out to Milldenhall Glacier and came and picked me up when I was done sightseeing!
Close to airport, convenient Except in the morning the desk staff was never at the desk and there is not a bell to call. To get exercise I always walked the stairs which were nice, open, wide, but weren't cleaned very often.

Family Vacay I liked that they accept pets and that is part of the reason we stay there. For a fee of course which is fine. And even that they aren't going to clean the rooms everyday, I don't see that as necessary in the first place and I don't have to worry about anyone letting my pet out or scaring her. So I've been staying here when I do travel and have no complaints. Although some people do need the courtesy van and their driver seems to be gone a lot.

Nice hotel, poor maintenance. I was there for 4 nights and it's was all great except there never was any room service or fresh towels. Also the toilet had stopped up and I notified the front desk when I left for the day. I came back at the end of the day and nothing was done about it. It eventually cleared out on its own. It was disappointing that the hot tub was out of service the entire stay as well, we looked forward to having used it.
