Very nice room...nobody at desk. Was a little concerned when I first checked in due to the fact that there was nobody at the desk to check-in and waited about 15 minutes to round someone up. Hot tub was down and staff's uniforms were quite worn and wrinkled. However, the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Very pleased with quality of pillows, linen etc. Could not find anyone at desk for check out though...actually had to just leave keycard and leave so I didn't miss my flight.

Perfect for airport and quick access to entire city Excellent location and wonderful and helpful staff. Room was clean and well prepared. Had business in both parts of the city (Glacier and Downtown) - quick access to the airport. Needed to get in and out quickly and it was just a block or so away from airport.
Convinient They were very accomodating. I can walk to restaurants and the airport. They had a van take me out to the ferry at 6 AM. The staff was so friendly, it made me feel at home.
Noisey at night Stayed here with my girlfriend from 8/27 thru 9/3. Our room was clean and comfortable and the employees were nice enough. The problem with the hotel was the noises we would hear throughout the night. Doors slamming in the hallways and people talking loudly seemed to be a nightly occurrence. I would not say the walls are thin as i did not hear people in the room directly next to ours. All the noises appear to have come from the hallways. I'm talking all hours of the night. Nice hotel close to airport Good stay, close to airport and nice pool for the kids. Breakfast to go was limited but good.

close to the airport, walking distance. very convinient, walkin distance to the airport, shuttle to downtown Juneau. freindly staff,clean room. Breackfast could be better...
