You get what you pay for with this chain. I feel service has dropped since I stayed with them before

Broken Coffee Maker/Personal Questions Overall, the room met my needs. I didn't appreciate the staff calling my room to find out what I was doing in the area or the type of work I do. None of the personal questions had anything to do with my booking a room at this hotel. The hotel key cards didn't always work to open the doors so I had to walk all the way around the building after a long hard day of work. The coffee maker always spilled all over the place so I had to buy my own coffee maker.

Place is very close to the airport. Very inexpensive for a airport property. Furniture and bed were economy. Didnt provide soap or shampoo only towels.

It's good or better than what you pay for it The room was great the people at the desk or more than willing to go out of their way to help you it's comfortable and clean for the price you can't beat it you can pay a lot more money and get the exact same room best place to stay when I come down KCI for a convention or anything
