The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower was awesome, very large. Staff was prompt and very kind

Shuttle bus shouldn’t park in handicapped spot Everything was comfortable but I thought that it was very rude that their shuttle bus parked in the handicapped parking spot when my wife needed it

Quand on a demandé à un employé d’aller voir une chambre, car un chien n’a pas cessé de japper de 2h à 7h du matin et qu’ils n’ont rien fait. Je sais que les chiens sont acceptés, mais je souhaitais aussi dormir.

Convenient for the airport and for Kansas City Downtown. Breakfast limited to coffee and muffin. Overall good experience and the price was good.
