Very nice people The only negative is the bathroom condition which could use extra attention. When we went to leave in the morning, we had a dead car battery. The morning staff was great in volunteering their vehicle and jumper cables to get us going. Big time thanks!

MCI trio Nice room but didn't have any silverware.

Very clean and close to the airport Everything was great with the exception of the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is shared between 2 hotels and the night I checked in they wrote me down for a shuttle at a specific time. I went to the front desk 10 minutes early and the shuttle was not there. The gentleman behind the desk was unable to reach him. I told the gentleman that I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Getaway The room was great. It could have been full service if needed. Would have been nice to at least had a coffee maker. We didn't realize until morning that we didn't get one since we didn't do the kitchen package (free). It was a very short stay with our early flight the next morning. Only neg- no smoke detector in our room and no fire extinguisher. Both needed since our room had a full kitchen.
