We should have stayed elsewhere. My friend and I were staying for a con at the KC Expo Center. Just don't. The night shift guy that checked us in, only checked our door keys for one night so we were locked out of our room and we had full arms around noon to come back to our room. If you like jerry springer, there was people arguing in the hallways when we were trying to take a nap. Our room had the most disgusting tub. You clearly could tell construction guys stayed there. I showed up, they said they had no available staff when they say they are 24 hour check in. They said I had to call to get a refund from the company I reserved with and I had to go find another hotel which inconvenienced me heavily!!

The lobby smelled of marijuana, my room has an overwhelming smell of old diapers and spoiled milk. The office chair in the room was badly soiled. The tub faucet dripped constantly.

Room had a very unpleasant scent. Carpet was extremely dirty. I only continued to stay there due to not having transportation means to another hotel.
