Noisy thin walls....staff was excellent but uncomfortable bed

Missing money details online reservation Was a good stay except we booked it for my niece and her fiancee and didn't find out till they got there that a $100 deposit needed to b made and the card had to b there n person luckily my niece had a card or they would've been screwed and us too on our reservation i get yall switched companies but u need to make sure all details and money details r included on ur site so customers ain't screwed out of money and a room

Decent for the price, watch fees There was an unexpected credit card hold of $100 at check-in that wasn't on the fine print. The hotel itself was in good shape, new paint, good beds, we had to have maintenance fix the security lock on the door frame as it was busted and the room telephone had no dial tone. The only other warning I would give is the surface noise of the highway and trains was quite loud at times, even through the night. I'm not sure if that was because we were on a corner room?
