ot real impressed. Loud traffic. No security lock. Rooms opened to outside. Key did not work. Room smelled strongly of cigarette even though it was a no smoking room.

Loved Lenexa Lady @ES Front desk Sandra went above and beyond the norm to help us with our check in even though it was -2 below zero out and helped us in so many ways it was a pleasure to see there are still those who honestly care in the world.
