The location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking available. The room I was in was clean and I was able to request additional items for the room (kitchenware, toiletries, etc) without much hassle. There was an occasion where I witnessed additional room keys being provided to someone without them presenting identification. Also, the tenants, cleaning staff and the general surrounding area produce a lot of noise. The walls are paper thin. Very clean, very friendly. Highly recommend Hampton Inn if staying in Overland Park.
The hotel and room was good and clean my main issue was getting woke up at 5am by the police shooting and killing someone in one of the room

Room was clean with vinyl flooring but the one cloth chair in room was gross/dirty.

Good for one night - clean comfortable
Don’t care My non smoking room smelled of smoke and I asked them to change it it has been over 5 days and nothing changed including some clean bed sheet requested to hopefully feel fresher ! Plus they charged me 100$ on my card after I paid them Full in advance
