My go-to I will keep coming back to this location when staying in Overland Park. It's affordable and clean and surprisingly quiet given the location. The front desk has been super friendly every time.

The only thing about the hotel that I didn't like is that they I want $10 deposit that I was not aware of until I checked inAnd it was not pending on my credit card it was an actual charge to my credit card and I have not received it back yet it was only supposed to be a deposit it when I checked out it should have been refunded that's something that should be on the website when you make a reservation

Nice area for eating breakfast etc in the vending room. Very welcoming and friendly staff including housekeepers Shower water leaked outside shower as the curtain was too high and didn't cover under the ledge of the shower.

Was suppose to be a late xmas gift for us to get away but turned out to be a disappointment. The hotel wasnt clean linens werent clean asked for trash bags and extra towels but never got any.

Location is great. Hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Disappointed in not having coffee readily available. It ended at 8:30. Way too early for people on vacation. Also would have been nice to have a decanter of water available as a courtesy to guests.
