Check-in is slow, despite the fact that much of the information was already provided when first making the online reservation. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room, as the heater/AC units were difficult to program. Maid service knocked on our door the morning of our check-out, but before check-our time. As a result, our sleep was disturbed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Need to be replaced.

Business trip Good hotel for price, roomy, comfortable bed. Services limited due to COVID. Breakfast ended early, no access to drinks other than coffee. Served the purpose for overnight stay.

가족여행 추천 4인 가족여행. 침대가 두개가 좋았다 아침제공은 없고 커피도 일찍 떨어진것 같다 아침 제공이 약간 부족하나 예약전 미리 다 공지된 상태임 데파짓은 100불인데 체크아웃 하고 바로 신용카드 취소가 되어 넘 좋았다 다른곳은 며칠걸려서 취소가 되어서

Beautiful and Convenient location Staff was wonderful when I arrived, but new staff person ignored me when I commented about smelling smoke in my room and the condition of the mattress. Common areas were beautiful and the room was nice, but mattress was lumpy and sunk down on one side. Location was very convenient to everything I needed to do in Kansas City.

Disappointed I was frustrated because when I arrived late and desperate to check in... Hotels.com did not have our reservation correct. I had the reservation and confirmation but the hotel did not. It took us an hour to get checked in.
