My first time at an extended stay, so maybe they operate differently than a standard hotel. There were two bath towels provided and they would not give us any more until we returned them. No cups or glasses in the room. Others have mentioned smoking area right next to the main entrance. It is heavily used, and I noticed there was a sign at entrance “no smoking in building or within 100 feet of entrance (!)” Staff was nice. Great location. Breakfast was minimal. Location was good. Expedia booked me in a room they didn’t have available even though the hotel had marked they didn’t have the room available. The manager gave me a discount since they didn’t have the room I wanted. That was very nice of her, but I would have preferred the type of room I booked. That was all the fault of Expedia not the hotel. My biggest complaint was the shower head. It needed replaced badly. Very sketch Smelled weird, pull out couch was broke but they did give us our money back! Check in lady was awesome!
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Beds were comfortable!

Awesome hotel. Much nicer than the other extended stay hotel at Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.. Front desk clerk was awesome and the hotel was very quiet..
