Difficulties Arrived to find we had been put in a room with a broken bed and then the hotel had a water main break and had no water for over 12 hours. Hotel staff was very accomodating and refunded our money for our stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Area around is safe and clean. Room was clean and seemed updated, My only negative, and it is a small one, is that many of the guests used the area right outside the lobby door as the smoking area (not sure if it that is the designated one or they just used). Not a fan of walking through smoke to get in and out of building. That said, everything else was great.

Ok It was ok. They gave us 3 pillows for the bed. We were able to get extra towels. The floors were dusty. The fridge smelled like alcohol and it was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The shower took a few minutes to warm up.

The pipes busted Friday they had loud fans all night and water off woke up water still off and pipes busted again rooms was soaking wet from the water flowing into rooms had to have large humidifiers and fans in the room all night
