Stayed here a few times and feel comfortable and safe. Generally very clean. Service is good-to-very good based on who is at desk. All have been friendly. Usually no complaints or suggestions (other than the overwhelming smell of weed in the hallways) however this last time I was unhappy with the bed. Very uncomfortable!
I had a really nice experience with this hotel. I was in from Atlanta for Planet Comicon. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean. I chose a room right off the lobby and thought I'd probably hear a lot of people but it was pretty quiet. Thanks you guys for an awesome experience! I would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

No plug ins in the bedroom area. Towel rack and smoke detector were loose and hanging. Pull out couch was broken
Clean, comfortable, spacious, and accommodating.couldn’t ask for more
