Day staff not very friendly , night staff is really polite. When we arrived there was a $100 dollar holding fee that is not mentioned prior booking the room. 5 minutes after checking into room , hotel staff knocks on the doors for nothing. Over all the stay was respectable.

Unprepared for holiday Understanding that i stayed on a holiday weekend, i dont think they were prepared. The front staff were friendly for the most part, but my reservation was not fulfilled, and still awaiting a refund. The room itself was decent, but was not aware of the pets being allowed (which ill take responsibility for) no extra towels or blankets.

Clean, cheery, extremely friendly staff Our room was clean and cheery. The staff were extremely friendly. The decor was modern and functional. Our only problem, aside from a lack of sporks, was that all the electrical outlets were so loose, our plugs kept falling out, as did the plug for the lamp. The electrical outlets need replacement

My tv didn’t work and they wasn’t able to get me one. So I was in a room and couldn’t watch tv the whole night

There were NO kitchen things to cook with at all. There wasn’t even any glasses to get a drink of water with or brush your teeth with. Luckily I had my own water bottle. It was clean but the property is very tired looking.

Large group drinking and smoking at the enter an ear being ver loud, took ten minutes to get someone to come to the desk so I could check in
