No room service they dont clean up stuffs daily. Room was good and clean initially

overall good Overall good, especially for the price. Condition wise, our bathroom sink faucet was coming out of the sink and hard to turn on/off, and both the kitchen/bath area could have used some caulking, just unsightly and easy to prevent future damage/issues. It was weird not to have an ice maker in the hotel, and no water fountain to get good water- i get that it's an extended stay for people living there and might not need that, but many people probably are like us and come in for 1 or 2 nights and that's it.

We got a king suite (room 310). The room was perfect for myself and 3 little ones. But the bed was very uncomfortable, felt like I was going to fall off of it because of the edge being broken down. The elevators are not near the entrance of the building and there were no luggage carts. There were 2 ac/heaters in the room, but it was very hard to regulate and keep comfortable in the room. Best bed EVER! Friendly check-in staff. Found a room for me early. Most comfortable bed EVER! Great amenities and wifi.
