The staff was friendly and helpful but our room was not the cleanest. All of the swivel chairs in our room were dirty and covered in gross stuff. The fridge and icebox weren't that clean either.

I was not aware the price was going to change if I did not check in before 6pm
A home away from home I have stayed in Kansas City before and I was disappointed so when I arrived at the Extended Stay in overpark I was pleased to be greeted by the staff . I was in town for a family wedding from Wisconsin so I was very tired the room was clean and the hotel smelled so clean.

Having stayed at 2 other extended stay properties I find this location to be better than the others. The rooms are nicer & the staff was helpful. The asst. mgr. Conner went out of his way to make sure my stay was great.

Good price value. Quiet and nice room set up. A little hard to find the first time i arrived.

Do not say you have free breakfast. A basket of muffins and a hot pot for mixing up a paper cup of cocoa or coffee does not constitute a breakfast. Free morning snacks would be more accurate. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
