Nice hotel in Overland Park We were a little weary when booking after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and so was our room, it was set up like a studio apartment with a kitchen and everything. Very nice place for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and location Stayed here twice, nicest staff of any of the extended stays in Overland Park. Wal-Mart grocery store and decent places to eat all within walking distance. 2 minutes from highway.

Mediocre Area is convenient and safe. Lobby is fine. Zero interaction with staff leaving and perfunctory upon arrival. Dying bug on floor greeted me in my room. There are no utensils or kitchen supplies, be prepared to supply your own if you wish to use the kitchen. Tub surround and drain needs scrubbing. Linens and pillows are subpar. Walls paper thin. Heard the guests next door talking/fighting all night. Did not have time for breakfast.

Not bad Dish network was out all night, thank God for cell phones. The bathtub was dirty
