Hotel OK Our experience was OK with the exception of a couple of things. The room was adequate with comfortable recliner, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. The location was near our family and convenient to restaurants and to the interstate.. We unfortunately had a room next to the balcony to the lobby and we could hear voices and the banging of the lobby door every time someone came in. bad management gm checked us in and not friendly at all, he didn't even gave us directions to our room. Also the room was dirty, when I checked out I was going to say something to the person but she didn't even asked how was our stay, location is great but don't expect great service
