Other than police being in the parking lot when I arrived and the inability of the front desk person being able to provide a receipt for me, nice place.

No house keeping but I'm clean so OK with me. I enjoyed my stay. Very nice and modern. Easy to get in and out. Great parking.

Convenient and Surprisingly good! This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay America and overall it was a great experience. When we arrived in the wee hours (3:30am), I had to use the phone in the front entrance and was greeted by Melanie and she was great and fast. She was very informative and friendly. She was our favorite service person while we stayed there. We will definitely be back and use this hotel when we come back!!

Pleasant place to stay The place is nice quite and clean, the best thing I like about it is the space, it's big and roomy versus other similar hotels. It even has a door to separate living and bedroom, the kitchen is sufficient as well. The only drawback I could think about is the breakfast is way too simple.

Was a great place to say! Staff was extremely nice, room was very clean and perfect for us! And my favorite thing is the shower head was up high enough that I didn't have to bend over to use it being as I am kind of tall!

Lazy staff The hotel attendant looked up from her phone in the back room when I arrived, then looked back at her phone, slowly put it down and walked toward the front desk. She didn't know how, and wasn't interested in finding out how or whether she had to charge me for a service animal, which I have documentation on, so she insisted on charging me $25, which I have never had to pay before at ESA.
