It's Fine The a/c went out in our house so it was a last min reservation, the room is fine, feels a little sterile almost like a hospital room , but clean the staff was nice. The breakfast didn't look very good so I passed

Would stay there again! The hotel rooms had been remodeled recently and it was great. The floors were hard - faux wood. The size of the room was great. The walls were really thin. The breakfast was skimpy. But totally worth the money and would stay there again!

Good. There was good service and the room was nice and very clean. The bathroom facilities were very small for a 4 person room and the "breakfast" was not much. The coffee was empty and there were a few granola bars, packaged muffins and a small assortment of fruit. Not what I expected based on the advertisement of free breakfast. Otherwise it was a good location and nice hotel.

Everything is just "OK" in Overland Park! Because this hotel was full, we never received and plates or silverware to use. They said it was " on order" but had not come in yet. Breakfast was just packaged muffins and granola bars. Only coffee and hot water, no drink for kids.

For the price, this was a good choice. However, they do not have room service over the weekends and you have to go to the front desk for towels and any other items you need. There are no cups or utensils in the room and the hotel does not have a computer room nor do they offer ice.

Good value for the price. Nice mini apartment feel. Lots of room to spread out.

Staycation with the s.o Quick stay-cation with the boyfriend. Room was clean, bed wasn't that comfortable, but it was only $70 a night. Overall good stay though
