It was okay. Wireless Internet access was terrible.

Nice hotel near everything Needed to spend 4 days in Kansas City and meet friends in different parts of the city - the hotel was very well located just off I-435. They are upgrading the rooms - and mine was great - felt the luxury .. staff was great too - very friendly and helpful.. and of course the price was great too!!

We checked in but no record in the system, then one morning one service person called to see if any body is occupying the room. When we checked out, the receipt showed wrong date.

Average nights stay I felt it was expensive for a place under sells serious construction. The staff was friendly and nice but the neighborhood made me a little uneasy. Rooms were spacious but amenities are basic.

Not a 5 star, but it is not supposed to be It was clean although one of the older units. Security was visible and friendly while remaining watchful. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful, even late at night.

I found no problems with the process at nice stay One night stay,quite,easy,and somewhat nice to be there.
