Nice location Overall stay was very accommodating. They did make a mistake and charge my credit card with someone else's bill. They fixed it but told me my reimbursement would take 3-5 day and that is very unsatisfying!
Rooms is fab I dug it
Nice hotel easy to where I was working Everyone very friendly staff included room very clean and comfortable. Only complaint beds a bit hard. Making sleep.a little.restless. however would stay again

Great for Long term stay Room was great for long term stay. Only problem is you tend to get displaced families staying in the extended stay type places. So I occasionally heard family fighting in the hallways. But for the most part I would highly recommend this place for Extended Stays.

Lost reservation and dirty room They couldn't find my reservation and made me call hotels.com. Then the room was only partially cleaned and needed maintenance to repair a lamp falling off of the wall. Claimed they fired a cleaning lady who cleaned that room. They changed our room and then the fridge had leaked water in the kitchen area,and the bed only had 2 tiny pillows that covered half the bed. The assistant manager was nice and professional,o otherwise I would have exploded on him.
