Great hotel but ask for a top floor The room and hotel were very clean, up-to-date, and conveniently located for zoo and the graduation we were attending. The only draw back was the room above us. The people in that room walked around ALL night. Rolled chairs etc. It didn't sound like a party - maybe worked all night? We don't know. Unfortunately, we could hear their foot steps through the ceiling all night. I would recommend asking for a top floor. Other than that, it was a very nice Extended Stay. Nice hotel near everything Needed to spend 4 days in Kansas City and meet friends in different parts of the city - the hotel was very well located just off I-435. They are upgrading the rooms - and mine was great - felt the luxury .. staff was great too - very friendly and helpful.. and of course the price was great too!!

We checked in but no record in the system, then one morning one service person called to see if any body is occupying the room. When we checked out, the receipt showed wrong date.

Sheets and blankets smelled like mildew. Asked for new sheets, got 2 fitted sheets. Asked for more sheets never came, had to go to front desk to get them. Nothing in room as far as dishes/cooking utensils. Asked for coffee pot and came with no coffee.
