Not a bad property overall, just some issues that need addressed. Common areas like the elevator and sidewalks were horribly dirty. Room was good for the bedding and bathroom was excellent as it was recently updated. Kitchenette was not so good. Fridge was very dirty.
It was nice, for the price.

Average Motel Overall, steps, hallways, public areas are all dirty. The room seemed clean until I moved some of the furniture and looked under the bed and found trash old food hidden there. The carpet "felt" dirty, my bare feet getting dirty after walking barefoot in the room. The A/C unit had two dirty filters. I took the off and cleaned them in the tub which did not drain. I borrowed a plunger and unclogged the tub drain and the filter residue then went down the drain.
The price was lowest in area - and yet........ for $100 a night I would have expected a real queen bed and not a double; a lot cleaner room, and some minimal in-room amenities such as a small coffee maker with supplies. I appreciate this is an extended stay location, but you know if you are renting to someone for only one or two nights and that they likely won't have some things in the room that would make their stay better. Walk in stay Some front desk personnel hard to work with, but others very good. Guess it is just a chance. Average motel, non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. One side of motel face loud highway, other side is quiet.
