Room was nice. Location was convenient. Staff was not helpful. Due to covid, they never explained anything to us (ex: no breakfast, no house keeping, we had to bring our dirty towels down to exchange). Would’ve been nice to know.

Room smelled like something died in there, but after lighting some candles and spraying some air freshner, my overall stay wasn't bad.I always enjoy my stay there when I go to Lexington.Could add some more channels on cable though....

Always friendly and great staff. Clean rooms. Staff is always ready to help. The only downside is they need to clean their stairwells and walkways more. They are not as clean as should be. Also the people living there full time is not good.
