Wasn't the cleanest, and the unit was a little torn up ( cigarette burns, dents on the fridge, scuffed up door, trim peeled back from counter top etc) However the shower was great, lots a pressure wich you don't find in a lot of hotels. Very limited tv channels!

For the second time I've came here the room was not put together. The first time the sheets were really dirty. Now this time around when we got out first room it wasn't even cleaned! But not made towels laying on the floor etc. they need new housecleaning because this one and the one Dublin room cleanliness wasn't very good

Dirty The room was dirty and out dated. Burn holes throughout the entire room. Bathroom door didn't shut. Beds are not real pillow top. They are old mattresses with a pad strapped to it. Slept terrible due to uncomfortable bed. Told management and the new owner was pretty nice about everything. Just went under new management and should be cleaned up by Jan 2014. I might give them another shot after that.

Not happy. Well first off I reserved a Queen bed in a NON smoking room, I arrived and the girl told me that my room was a full bed in a smoking floor, i asked about my reservation, she said that is what they gave me, then gave me my keycard and said have a good day. I got to the room, which smelled like an ashtray, noticed that the light fixtures were hanging off the wall. There was old food in the fridge. Disappointed We were in town for a concert at Wente Vineyards so the location of the hotel was pretty much the only thing we were pleased with. When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation, but hadn't "booked" a room for us. We were told that the next time we reserved a room, we should actually call the hotel to make sure a room was booked. Would not choose another extended stay again The hotel was very run down and the room looked old and not clean. I have not stayed at another hotel where there were as many scrapes and scratches on the wall. There were also nasty looking stains on the carpet. The refrigerator was very dirty. It scared me when I opened it. If the fridge was that dirty and it hardly gets used... what else is that dirty??? Breakfast was a grab and go joke. IF you have any other choice, choose somewhere else to stay.

Horrible. I was in town for a wedding and called to add my boyfriends name to my reservation since he was the one checking in (I was in the wedding and unable to go there until after the wedding) they refused to add his name saying it was policy even though I could give them the card information to prove my identity and even give him my ID. It caused a big hassle and I will never stay here again. Clean but horrible policy.

Never at this location again Carpets in desperate need of cleaning. Chair had that dirty 'greasy' feel. Towel had stains. Under the bed sheets' on top of the matress covers had hair from other guests. Breakfast is a joke. Forget early check in. Desk clerk told us no without even checking the computer.
