cuts corners Pros: The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen. The front desk staff are friendly. Cons: When we arrived we checked the sheets, as always, for cleanliness. The fitted sheet had clearly not been changed, as it had "personal" hairs and a stain from the last (couple?) Guest(s)... this brings into question what other corners the housekeeping is cutting. 4 rooms Had to move 4 times Broken ac Broken window Flooded bathroom Broken sink Hotels.com is horrible only gave us 50 bucks back on our stay. Hotel had no wifi and nobody answers phones when u call downstairs. Had 2 move our stuff by our self late for a wedding bad bad place

Horrible. Bugs in the room, dirty... Asked to be switched to a different room and still the same thing. I ended up having to sleep on the floor due to bed bugs. I was told this is a welfare hotel... NEVER AGAIN!

poor service, no fully equiped kitchen waited 10m min for employee to come to lobby for check-in; no dishes, utensils etc. &in kitchen; had to ask 3 times during afternoon & evening; recieced only 1 dinner plate, 1 salaed plate, 1 desert plate, 1 fork, no pots or pans, thus far from advertised "fully equiped kitchen"; no coffee at "breakfast" bar first morning, had to ask for coffee pot for room & for coffee.

Terrible Hotel, Terrible customer service I booked and paid for an advertised "Non SMOKING" Hotel Room. Much to my disapproval and allergies did I realize that the occupied hotel rooms, on the floor below, on the same floor in the occupied guest rooms beside and across from my guest room # 327 had smoking guests either permitted to do so or not. I woke up to a cloudy guest room with all of the belongings I brought into the room covered in the distinct odor of cigarette smoke that had to be taken to a local clothes dry cleane... read more

Not bad There is the big kitchen. The room is comfortable. But, cheep morning food and nothing shampoo in the bath room.

For the price paid, the accommodations is now meet our expectations. The towels were very thin, there was no blow dryer, and the wire shelf to hold the suit case fell off the wall. Although it was a smoke free room, the whole place smelled from cigarets. Check in time wasn't until 3:00 in the afternoon... We would opt to spend a few dollars more and stay else where the next time we have to over night.
