Non non-smoking This hotel absolutely reeks of cigarettes. Even though Expedia said my room would be non-smoking, the hotel apparently offers no non-smoking rooms. My room smelled like a mixture of perfume and cigarettes, so I immediately opened the windows and walked as quickly as I could through the hallways. It smelled more like a casino than a hotel.

Very Friend;y Staff, Dirty Rooms The staff at this hotel is very friendly. However, this hotel seems like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was debris in the halls and everything in the room had a slimy feel. I felt dirty just being in there. ALso, the tub did not drain, when I took a shower I was standing in 2 feet of water after about 5 minutes. For $100 a night, this place should be a lot cleaner .

not great 1. booked non smoking room w/king bed. got smoking room with what apeared to an oversize double. 2. room stunk so bad could hardly stand it but was too tired to go complain 3.bed was hard as a rock and sheets felt like hospital 4. vintage tv was so small couldn't watch from bed 5. shower so gross i didn't want to get in it 6. no soap 7. awoke to 3 police cars in parking lot and officers in building got the hell out of there... 8. all my clothes smelled like smoke the rest of my trip

Family Visit Not very pleased with the experience. No breakfast was avialble at the hotel. No service to the room - if you needed towels you had to take them to the front desk. At check out there was no one available until after 7"00 AM. With an early flight I needed to check out prior to 7:00 am. Just not what I expected. I had stayed at a residence inn and the experience was much more pleasurable. I would not stay there again.

Not what I wanted No room cleaning for the 4 days my stay? Tiny old TV with picture tube going out? Hotel staff more concerned about humoring each other than helping the guests? Maybe I missed the change over to self service at Extended Stay, and for monthly guests it might be attractive, but for a 4-night stay, the price is not nearly good enough to compensate for the lack of services.

Bed was SO hard we could hardly sleep ! The absolutely only gripe I had with this hotel was the bed. When you sat down on the end of it to turn on the TV, you just bounced right back up. It was like laying on a board, no kidding. I actually like a firm bed with a little memory foam on top but this firm bed more than firm, it was horrible. It ruined the stay for us. Cheap interior Hello: I know that for these good prices, you need to be accommodating. But, the cheap furnishings of the room were incredibly bad. Call me picky! Cheers, Alicia

歩いて７・１１に買い物ＯＫ ホテルの北西の植え込みの切れ目から、隣のステーキハウスの駐車場を通じて、セブンイレブン、ファストフード店が徒歩で可能。リバモア自体、安全な町ではあるが、ダウンタウン以外で、歩いてこういった環境のホテルはほかに知らない。 ただし、ホテルの種類から過剰なサービスを求めるのは、良くない。ビジネス旅行（リバモアへ観光でわざわざ行く人はいないと思うが」）で、勝手にするから必要最小限のファシリティだけ提供してくれ」という目的では、これまでのこの地域��宿泊経験をして、最上といえる。 できれば、窓を開けっぱなしにしたかったが、ストッパーが壊れていた。 よくある話だし、何かつっかえ棒をさしておけば済む話だ。
