It was better than sleeping in my car Thin walls, lots of noise, multiple foreigh speaking guests audible until late at night and early in the morning. Smell of smoke permeates the building. Rooms need remodeled badly. Location is the only plus.

won't be back to this one We had a party of five in two different rooms. The breakfast consists of coffee. A dozen apples, a dozen oranges, snack granola bars, two dozen small prepackaged blueberry muffins and three types of instant oatmeal. The hallway carpets are in great need of cleaning. So were the room carpets. From traveling all over we check for bed bugs. None here but other guests hair on the matress covers. The chair in the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years and smelled. We will never stay at this parti... read more

Wheelchair room not good for wheelers As a wheelchair user, when I get a room designated as wheelchaie friendly I expect certain things, which this room did not have right. The bed was much too high for an easy transfer (I almost fell off), the shower hose was mounted at the top most position and no amount of force could loosen the handle to lower it, and the carpeting was hard to roll over. Additionally, the toilet was broken and ran all the time (waste of water and noisy). I woke at 2:30 and realized it had gotten really c... read more

Terrible Stay This hotel was truly terrible. It appeared nice at first glance and the front desk staff was very courteous. However, once we were in the room, we found plenty of issues. First, our dogs found lots of small concrete chunks all over the floor. They also found various vitamins or pills of some sort. It was obvious that the floors had not been vacuumed in some time. When looking for a pot to cook, I also found a prescription bottle labeled for narcotics in the cupboard. We took all these things to the front desk t... read more

One Night Felt Like Forever ... Definitely an Overextended Stay We told them we would arrive in the middle of the night. Doors were not locked. I had about a 5 minute hunt to find a person, after ringing the bell many times. The worker was apparently a janitor and had no idea how to check us in. Eventually,he figured out where to find our reservation. The hallways were filled with the stench of uncirculated, stale cigarette smoke and so was our room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Our room was even worse than the halls. T... read more

false info The room itself was OK if it were just two of us. I booked a one room suite and the hotel description said it would have a sofa bed and or a roll away. There were three of us and it did not have either. The guy at the front desk did not speak English very well and was not helpful at all and the next day the lady at the front desk said that she can not control what hotels.com puts on their website.

Worst Hotel Ever I have stayed in many "economy" hotels in my 58 years but I must say that the Extended Stay Livermore was the absolute worst. First, the place smells and the carpets, etc are filthy. Second, the cold water knob on the sink in my bathroom was gone( as in not there). There was no remote for the TV and you could here water running in other rooms. My room number was 245. As I arrived late and was leaving early morning I stuck it out and used the sink in the kitchenette for brushing teeth, etc. The hotel advertis... read more
