Not bad, just cleaning needed. All was good but needed to be cleaner. Door handles were sticky on both sides, fresh gunk around bathroom sink. Mgmnt was responsive to tell housekeeping.

The staff was great upon checking in. What I thought was odd is that i had to request a blow dryer for my room. That should already be in there...also they don't offer conditioner in the room either?!! I thought that was odd too
The room was clean & everything but our towels & bed sheets were really dirty it was disgusting.
The elevator was scratched with graffiti which should have been the first sign that this place wasn’t exactly upscale. The room was large and clean with a nice kitchen, but lacked any coffee maker. The bathtub/shower is made from a strange material which is incredibly scratchy- it exfoliates you as you take a bath! The only toiletries provided were a small bar of soap and minuscule (terrible) shampoo - no lotion or conditioner. Then the bath towel was old and had holes in it.
