Convenient Room was nice and comfortable and clean. Staff was okay the first day second day it was like I was bothering them to check the night before since we needed to leave early the next morning for a flight.

Our stay was good except I became ill and we had to leave a day early. Could not get a refund because we went through you. Can this be corrected? Otherwise we were in a perfect location.

Disappointed. Not as advertised. Only instant oatmeal w/o milk . coffee was available. Keys only worked for 24 hours..had to get them reprogramed 3times. Our stay was 4 days. The insulation very poor. Occupants above us very noisy. We have stayed at stay America in southern California which was much better.

Fine with some cleanliness issues All in all the room was okay. However, I found an opened box of condoms in the dresser drawer and a stick of chewed gum was stuck to the TV guide. Yuck! The people were very nice and helpful. The room was overall spacious and comfortable. But little things like what I've mentioned can really throw you off a place.

The pipes adjacent to our room were super loud. Seemed like they were running all night. Hotel does not offer a restroom in lobby. Staff is less than friendly at check in. Morning staff was very pleasant.
