I checked in and went to my room. I immediately checked out again within 10 minutes. The room stank of smoke (meant to be a smoke free hotel) and the hallways smelled of poop. There was no way I was placing my head on the pillow and in that room. Unimpressed. The receptionist was very nice and said that she would issue me with a refund after I contacted Hotels.com Stay away from this place!

The area around the place was dark and felt unsafe, people hanging around the parking lot. Staff was unhelpful we called the front desk to ask if they could bring up toilet paper there wasn’t any in the restroom and they said we could come get it ourselves.

We didn’t like the roaches inside the room as well as the spiders…poor lighting, restroom door difficult to open and close and the shower faucet needs attention..

Room comes with ƙitchen wirh no supplies. Asked for plates and cups and they said they ran out. No soaps or lotion dish soap or sponge. had to go buy my own!

I did not expect this hotel train to be so rundown. I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past, so I was surprised at the state of this location. There seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel. Some of the staff was very friendly, while others were extremely rude. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, low quality muffins, and do it yourself oatmeal. Worst though, the bathroom was disgusting.
