Didnt like how its a no smoking place but rooms smelled like cigarettes and i reserved a king aize but for some reason they gave it to someone else so was stuck with a queen. Horrible sleep cause of it

Glad it was only for 1 night I was first checked into a room that was still in use or had not been cleaned. I called to front desk but phone receiver was not working. Went down for next room. Room was clean but not in good condition overall. Smelled of stale cigarettes, shower didn't work, cracked sink and a nefarious brown stain on one of the towels

Never again Last time it was good. So I tried it again,bad decision. The room was quiet on the bottom floor but when we got to the room there was a spider in the sink..not to big of a deal for us. No coffee pot in the room (disapointing) no food left for the pick-up breakfast @ 930 AM. Shower experience was the worst, chipped paint across the top, pull up button on the tub faucet was stuck so water went directly to the shower head and the water pressure was horrible. Unhappy with smell. There was a bad odor throughout the hotel. The elevator was dirty and smelled like weed. Rooms were non-smoking, but the hallway smelled.

Paid for a double bedroom and when we arrived they said it wasn’t available. Still haven’t heard back from a manager. Elevator smells like smoke.

Not so great stay My room smelled like dog. The refrigerator made a horrible dripping sound, the shower faucet dripped all night even after I tried to turn it off had had as I could and a Cockroach came out of the bathroom sink drain.
