Just pay $75 extra to stay at better hotels nearby I made the mistake of booking here for a business trip. Upon check-in, I realized this hotel is a hub for drugs. Lots of unsavory characters looking strung out and carrying in their 'luggage' in the form of, black plastic trash bags. It was so uncomfortable that up at 2 a.m. I decided I didn't feel safe and would rather check out and drive home where I could get a good night's sleep. Front deak was very friendly but hotel was very dirty outdated and roo.s and hotel had a very bad smell to it. It seemed that this is a hotel that people live in for long periods of time made me feel very unsafe so only stayed for 1 night and checked out the next day to move to another hotel wouldnt recommended this to anyone.
Ok at best My first room had to be exchanged due to roaches.
We got here at 11:30pm, and the desk person was gone. There was another guy waiting there since 11:00 I found a laundry guy who said the desk guy is gone for the night. No one to get our keys. Finally found another laundry person who came to the desk and our invoices were ready but no keys. Wouldn’t recommend
I booked a reservation on line on 9/15/2022, and when I arrived the clerk could not find me reservation and told m I needed to all you direct to discuss since you had already deducted the fees from my bank account. I had to pay again for a room and now have to deal with this mess. I don't have time to waste on hold. The gentleman behind me also booked on Hotels.com and she could not find his reservation either. VERY DISSAPOINTING!
