Worst rooms Our first room had a messed up toilet. Then we we’re switched to a different room with one queen bed and roll out which our first room had two queen beds then the second room tub clogged!

They didn't have the 2 bed i booked. Only a single queen so I had to sleeep on a pull out.

No dishes or coffee maker. What’s the point of having a kitchenette if you have to bring your own pots,pans plates , coffee maker. No ice machine and no lLAUNDRY SOAP vending machines. Be prepared to bring everything with you if you stay here.

When we called ahead to see if we could have an early check-in, we were told that this was OK. When we arrive to the hotel, they told us absolutely not. This created a big problem for us because we had nowhere to shower or prepare for afternoon event. There was no ice machine or ice trays. Corporate office never contacted me after filing a complaint.

Staff did not wear mask, there was no ice machine, there was a dead roach in my room, my room reeked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The fridge in my room also did not work and smelled awful.
