Terrible stay in Hicksville The non smoking room shared the floor with smoking rooms. How is that possible not to stink like smoke. Staff was not receptive to my needs. Could not get an extra pillow during my 3 night stay. How is it that the hotel can not provide a wake up call or a receipt at check out. What a joke this place was.Would never stay at this Hotel again.

Trop d'imprévus! Des problèmes administratifs! Il faut qu'on se surveille sinon on se fera avoir. Pas de service de chambre si vous ne passez pas plus d'une semaine. Et c'est 1 service de chambre par semaine! J'ai du faire mes propres démarches après avoir été chargé 2 fois pour mon séjour...aucun suivi de l'hotel pour corriger la situation. Bref, je n'irai plus là! Sauf si on cherche un coin pour passer la nuit.

Horrible experience I cant express how bad this hotel is. I checked out 3 days early after 2 bad nights. I arrived late at night and did not see problems until morning. It is supposed to be an efficiency for business travelers. Paint falling of walls in my room. I had no kitchen items in the room at all. You had to go to the front desk and ask for them from a menu. The parking lot is covered with under cover cops because there is a lot of activity going on there I wouldn't recommend staying here because it's too uncomfortable

Clean needs much updating. Comfortable for a nite stay, could use Ice Machines Never been to a place that didn't have at least one. We had to go out and get a bag of ice.

false advertising horrible experience worst stay ever.. I booked a queen size bed room.. Got there and they told me and my wife they only had one room left and it was a handicapp room with 2 seperate beds! also there was suppose to be a complimentary breakfast included and there was not. only coffee and muffins.... there wasnt even an attendant at the front desk inthe middle of the night.. only a sign that said front desk open from 7am -11am .... very disappointed!!! i hate being lied to and mislead with false advertising

Tired motel in desperate need of renovation This motel's rates were reasonable compared to other places in this area, but I guess you get what you pay for. My "studio" room was clean, but had clearly not been renovated in decades and was dark and depressing. Amenities were sorely lacking. There was free Wifi, but only soap and a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom -- not even tissues.
