Better Dump than most dumps, but still a dump Had to go back to desk three times for room key that worked. Room was just a mess. Light switch on entering room was without cover, almost stuck my finger into live wires. Hodge Podge of furniture. AC had a mind of its own, took a lot of tweeking to get it working. The bed was ok comfortable. That Is the only positive. Rates for this hotel ranged from $139.99 to $236 w/in the same week, I cancelled and rebooked Two days before when I ran into the $175 rate with tax$195 since it was lower than my original reservation at $235. No breakfast, just a coffee bar with muffins. Carpet stained, bathroom air vent crusty with dust, dirty shower wall. My room wasn’t properly clean my son found a pack of condoms in the draw. There was only one pillow and the a.c unit as well as the elevator didn’t work .

Hallways smelled like pot and smoke - no joke! It used to be a smoking hotel. There was a large party there and men had their shirts off going in and out of their rooms like a frat party. Appliances were rusty and chipped. We moved rooms 2x then decided to cancel and head to the Viana down the road. Extended Stay, your brand has declined. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America again.

room smelled like smoke when they claim it’s a smoke free hotel and like a really bad order of mold or some type of fungus was not pleased

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible experience. The only bright spot was Ali and Mechelle. If it wasn’t for these two individuals everything about this location would have been terrible.
