Good deal for multi-day stay. Staff was friendly with a quick check in. Large, spacious room with stove and fridge. Everything was clean. Just bring your own coffee maker - not one in room.
a week stay The rooms were small for this hotel brand I stayed with them before and rooms were a lot bigger. I had to change rooms twice because one was super dirty and animal hair all over and one had a strong smell of smoke even though it was non smoking. Staff was very friendly. Like I said for this brand this specific hotel could be better.
Convenient to Family Nice Hotel, convenient to Family, nice friendly staff, Wi Fi a plus, TV could have had better selection of stations, Kitchen was clean and convenient.... the bed was too hard, uncomfortable and pillow were too small..... we travel with our own.... the Rugs were stained
Easy fixes could make stay much better Spacious room with 1 bed, excellent shower, roomy vanity in bathroom, very decent kitchen setup with full fridge and good storage, and overall cleanliness made this a good place for a brief or extended stay in an industrial section of Long Island. However, better towels, linens, and pillows and a nightlight in the bathroom could have made this exceptional. Long Island is an expensive area and this hotel is a good value. Pleasant experience The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I liked the ability to open the windows and get fresh air.
Good for one night stay Nice size room for the price. Perfect for what we needed, which is one night stay before a family wedding. They advertise free breakfast, but it's really just coffee/tea and a granola bar. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable
