Paid to much I paid about 75 dollar more than those checking in ahead of me. The price they paid seemed right, the price I paid was to much. Had to be at a family funeral with little choice. I'm tired of staying at Hotel/Motels, sharing sheets and other contact with god know who else. I will be getting a camper.

clean & comfortable Arrived at 2:30 am and was greeted by very friendly receptionist. Had no problems. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grab & go breakfast was very convenient.

Great stay! I was very pleased with how accommodating the front desk was. Letha, the lovely woman who worked at the front desk, not only gave us early check-in, she remembered a week later to call us at the exact time we called her. Our room as clean with no bugs, did not smell like smoke, it was spacious and not on a busy road. If you're looking for an affordable stay in Long Island- try this place! Very pleased.

Good Place to Stay The staff was very nice. I had ants in the kitchen and bathroom and called the desk to have someone come and spray but they didn't come so I lived with them for two days, not happy with that. The girl at the desk said it was because the weather was warmer and they were coming out. That's nice but I am allergic to ant bites so I had to be very careful. The lack of attention to that problem was a disappointment otherwise the place was nice.

locally afforadable luxury Stayed here a couple of times the rooms are always clean, never anything out of place it feels as though your walking into a picture painted by the top painter you could think of !!!

Not what I expected. The room really wasn't clean I had to clean the toilet and the kitchen, it was gross. The maid left my door open after he or she cleaned. Unacceptable ! I asked twice to speak to a manager and was told there was not one there till the day I checked out and they would be in touch. Obviously I never got a call. I wanted to relax and I got nothing but aggravation.

I checked in at 12am on 3/21/2014. My stay was pleasant until 8 am when I went downstairs to the front desk. The manager was rude and nasty. I asked the manager if I could pay for another night, she told me the hotel was booked. When I went back to my room, I went online to look for another room in the area to book since I was being thrown out, I saw extended stay of America of bethpage had rooms available.
