OK stay The good: The staff was helpful, providing me with toothpast late (12 AM). Room seemed clean for a smoking room (see below). The sink had a water filter. Location convenient to many restaurants. The ok: The free breakfast was basic: packaged muffins, cereal-type bars, instant oatmeal, coffee (did not see decaf) and apples and oranges. Business travel basics I paid $178 for a night here and that seemed very expensive for the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean overall, but could use some updating. The bed was very firm but sagged, not the most comfortable to sleep on. For the price, I'd think they'd offer a continental breakfast, but all they had was some muffins, granola bars, apples and coffee. Very pleasant, friendly staff Initially there was a misunderstanding and I was told that the hotel was overbooked and that I did not have a room. However, I was very pleased to find out that that was not the case. When I arrived the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Desk Clerk was expecting me and recognized my name and referred to the event that I was attending in town. I really appreciated that personal touch. Good Hotel for Business Trip Experience was good, Staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of Parking, and Breakfast to go was a plus.

Please review the meaning of "Customer Service" The hotel itself and our room were very nice. The staff leaves alot to be desired. After driving 3 1/2 hours in traffic we arrived at the front desk of our hotel to find no one was there. After standing at the front desk a few minutes I realized there was someone behind the desk, she was all the way over to the right corner which made it difficult to see her. Away from busy roads When I walked in little early women at front dask asked me "you wanna check in now" I want that rude n I stayed in lots hotels no one ever asked me this. I visit my family in ny and it's closer so I choice to stay there and I think hotel should hire better stuff before they start losing business. Evening guy was pretty nice. I like this hotel please management put some happy faces in front desk.
