Good Place to Stay The staff was very nice. I had ants in the kitchen and bathroom and called the desk to have someone come and spray but they didn't come so I lived with them for two days, not happy with that. The girl at the desk said it was because the weather was warmer and they were coming out. That's nice but I am allergic to ant bites so I had to be very careful. The lack of attention to that problem was a disappointment otherwise the place was nice.

locally afforadable luxury Stayed here a couple of times the rooms are always clean, never anything out of place it feels as though your walking into a picture painted by the top painter you could think of !!!

Not what I expected. The room really wasn't clean I had to clean the toilet and the kitchen, it was gross. The maid left my door open after he or she cleaned. Unacceptable ! I asked twice to speak to a manager and was told there was not one there till the day I checked out and they would be in touch. Obviously I never got a call. I wanted to relax and I got nothing but aggravation.

I checked in at 12am on 3/21/2014. My stay was pleasant until 8 am when I went downstairs to the front desk. The manager was rude and nasty. I asked the manager if I could pay for another night, she told me the hotel was booked. When I went back to my room, I went online to look for another room in the area to book since I was being thrown out, I saw extended stay of America of bethpage had rooms available. An enjoyable stay We were lucky enough to snag one of the few King bedrooms for a night that was fully booked. The room was quite spacious and was sufficiently clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen/ refrigerator were fully functional and fit our needs. The bathroom was comfortably sized, with hot water and a bathtub. Our only compliant was that the heater only put out luke-warm air. Needs new beds Helicopters taking off & old hard beds are not desirable.

was fine It was clean and the room was large. Room was a dated with 80's formic, but had a full kitchen. Bed was a little soft. It is not walking distance to much.
