The room decor was dated. Some items were in need of replacement. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning before we could utilize it. The cable choices were very limited. All in all I would choose another hotel when in this area again.
Ok I understand that we were on a smoking floor, but air it out once in a while!!! The front desk attendant could have smiled/greeted/welcomed us.
Value The experience of other reviewers was not mine. I only got the hint of the smell of smoke in the elevator, and then only once. Friendly front desk. Clean common areas. Clean and well-lighted rooms. My desk chair had a a few stains, but other than that, everything was like new or gently used. For the money (in NY prices), it's worth it.
Good stay. Internet connection was very poor and were unable to use it which made a few things difficult. There was also no microwave in the room as expected with the kitchen area. Over all the room was good.
