Didnt like the smell of cigarettes in my room even though it was a smoke free room.

I loved that after a delayed, long & bumpy flight this hotel was tucked away to a quiet part of long island where my husband & i could just relax! the staff was so friendly, informative & happy to go the extra mile for us! we appreciated the vending machine options especially when we didn’t arrive to hotel until midnight & were hungry. compared to other hotels we were pleasantly surprised at the variety! the room was cozy, modern & so clean! can’t recommend here enough!
The Lobby smelled of urine as soon as you walked in and the elevator smelled the same. The elevator made very concerning creaking sounds as well. Our room-The floors in the entry way/ kitchenette and bathroom were sticky. The shower had dark drip spots on the outside and inside of the tub. The carpet was very worn.

You get what you pay for. I chose this property because it was more moderately priced than Hilton or any others in the area. I guess it comes down to the old saying you get what you pay for. My first room REAKED of smoke and they moved me to another one. Then iron was broken. Very very noisy at night. Bathroom countertops stained with …I don’t know what. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable, nice and dark with the curtain for good sleeping, it was nice and quiet as well The TV was very small, and no cups for drinking water or rinsing your mouth for brushing Overall i was very satisfied
