I was there on a business trip. The room was large and clean. The "free" breakfeast consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. And there was no place to eat. I had to go back to my room.

When I arrived in my room after running around in 99° humid weather all day, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I went to the desk and said " can I please have a shower curtain in my bathroom?" I was handed a clean, folded up shower curtain and, apparently, was expected to climb up on the kedge of the tub, remove the curtain rod from it's perch on the wall, thread the curtain onto the rod, then climb back up onto the tub and try to replace the rod, which would have been weighed down w the curtain. The staff tried extremely hard to please clients. I got charged $25 a night extra for a small yorkie, that did not bother anyone and didn't bark. I am disputing the charges. Yes big dogs sometimes stink, and are a burden to clean a room after. with carpet cleaning and such you would never know my dog was in the room at all.

It was a place to stay. As mentioned in other reviews, free breakfast is coffee and granola bars and packaged muffins. There is a Kitchen, but you need to ask for any dishes, utensils, etc. No coffee in the room. It was clean but had a musty smell. Personnel were friendly. They replaced our iron with a new one. 3 pillows and miminal towels. No hair conditioner.
