the shower was broken and the room was close to the freeway and it was to loud.

I thought the room was decent. The room we checked in at first was not up to par. The shower was clogged. Called front desk and they switched us rooms. The second room was better.

Second time at a extended stay. It seems like we always get a room next to the freeway. They need to invest in a groundskeeper to pick up the numerous cigarette butts on the property. The selection of the grab-n-go breakfast was terrible. at least the last one we stayed at had 3 different choices of muffins and granola bars. no one drinks Sanka anymore! Brew some decaf coffee!

I love Extended Stay America hotel. It's my favorite brand of hotel in America.The stuff in Arcadia is super friendly. I like their manager, and two receptionists called Angelina and Patty. They helped us a lot on house stuff and gave me a good deal when we continue living in the hotel. I will come back again and again!
