Nice hotel quiet area Our paperwork/confirmation was not found. A room was available. The 2 nights we stayed were quiet and the parking lot was very safe. The only thing I did notice was that the front entrance needed a good washing down a little TLC would go a long way for presentation and welcoming.

You get what you pay for. Everything appears to be clean but it's old. The pillows really need to be replaced. They are disgusting. Staff were polite and they let me check in early so I really appreciated that.

Needed a good cleaning, and needs a fresh modern look.

Ehhh, very mixed hotel The hotel was poorly staffed. I must have only seen a front desk rep 2 or 3 times out of more than a dozen passes. The soda machine was busted, the staff knew, but it was still on. There were carts and boxes all over the hallways. The room was clean and they let me check in early despite making me feel forever indebted for giving me a couple of extra hours. I will not stay here again if possible, not terrible, not good.

Exte Stay Convenient Check-in It's pet friendly and gives u that comfortable home feeling bc of the kitchen, pans and utensils.

Noticeable improvement. I had stayed here twice, as I ended liking the area and found the hotel's concept quite convenient. Now I found that it is being renovated, which is good, but more importantly, that the staff is also better (more friendly and efficient). Congratulations.

June 2012 Visit The breakfast bar needed to be continually stocked as it was empty when we arrived at 7:00 am and the bathroom was a bit worn down. One of the "clean" kitchen cups, wrapped in plastic, had residue all stuck to the bottom so that was a bit disconcerting. Otherwise, it was quite pleasant.

Wrong Photos Okay place, but why use photos from a different location? These pictures aren't from this location. The guest laundry isn't remotely close to the one they have here.
